2006 Trent-Dowell Funeral Home obituaries
Lou DeJarnette, age 98 of Hickory, North Carolina formerly of Breckinridge 
County died Wednesday, August 16,2006 in Hickory, NC. She was born in South 
Dakota on 1-16-1908 to the late R Z and Laura Belle Schofield Wade. She was the 
retired owner/operator of the DeJarnette Nursing Home.
 
She was preceded in death by her husband - William DeJarnette
son - Darwin Dale (Punk) DeJarnette
granddaughter - Lou Ann Holmes
  
Funeral services will be held on Saturday, August 19,2006 at 2PM at Trent-
Dowell Funeral Home in Hardinsburg, KY with Rev. J. A. Lawhorn officiating. 
Private graveside services to follow. Visitation will begin at 1 PM on 
Saturday.
