OBITUARY

     Carl Edward DENNER, Jr., age 57, of Irvington, Ky., in Breckinridge 
County, died on October 18, 1999 at Norton Hospital in Louisville, Ky.  He was 
born May 6, 1942, the son of Carl, Sr. and Jean DeLime DENNER.  He was a 
veteran of United States Air Force, a member of the Ekron Fire Department, and 
of the EKRONITES.
He is survived by:
his wife, Linda Lou ROBERTS DENNER
his parents
five children, all sons
4 grandchildren
three brothers
five sisters
     Funeral Services were held on October 21, 1999 from the chapel of the 
Hager Funeral Home, Brandenburg.  Burial was in Dry Valley Baptist Church 
Cemetery, Mystic.
