DEATH AT ADDISON (BRECKINRIDGE COUNTY, KY.):
MRS. BROOK TINIUS DICK DIES AT HER HOME THURSDAY, JUNE 14 --
     The death of Mrs. Brook TINIUS DICK at her home in Addison, Thursday, 
June 14, 1900, is one of the saddest ever known in this community.  Her death 
was caused from a cancer which rapidly developed in the last few months, and 
caused her the greatest suffering.
     Mrs DICK leaves a 5 weeks old baby, Shelley Harold DICK.  She was the 
daughter of Mr & Mrs Charles TINIUS, and wife of Daniel DICK, a prosperous 
miller at Addison.
     The funeral was held at her home on Friday afternoon, June 15, by the 
Reverend S.G. SHELLEY of Louisville, who is an immediate friend of the family, 
and the officiating minister of Mrs. DICK'S wedding about two years ago.  
Burial took place at the TINIUS graveyard below Holt (Breckinridge County).










  


Additional Comments:
I did not find a TINIUS cemetery, nor a tombstone for Brook DICK in the 
Breckinridge County Cemeteries, volume one, published in 1991.
