OBITUARY

     Luther M. DODSON, age 79, of Harned, Ky., in Breckinridge County, died on 
Thursday, August 2, 1973 at the Breckinridge Memorial Hospital, Hardinsburg.  
He was born in Breckinridge County on September 19, 1893, the son of Ralph 
DODSON and Mary Daugherty DODSON.  He was a retired mail carrier and a World 
War I veteran.
He is survived by:
his wife Mrs. Myrtle DODSON
one daughter:
Mrs. Wavie (Mildred) ALLEN of Hudson, Ky
one son:
Floyd DODSON of Cecilia, Ky
7 grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren
     The funeral was held on Sunday afternoon, August 5, 1973 from the Hudson 
Methodist Church.  Burial was in Hudson Cemetery with the Dowell Funeral Home, 
Hardinsburg, in charge of arrangements.
