OBITUARY

     Mrs. Cecil Leah DOUGLAS, age 92, of Masonic Home, Shelbyville, Ky., died 
Friday, November 19, 1999 at Suburban Hospital in Louisville.  Mrs. DOUGLAS 
was born on December 5, 1906 in Breckinridge County, a daughter of the late W. 
H. GEDLING and Josephine STIFF.  She was a homemaker, and a member of the 
Irvington Baptist Church.  Her husband, the Reverend John DOUGLAS, preceded 
her in death in 1986.
She is survived by:
one sister
5 nephews and 1 niece.
     The Funeral was held on Tuesday, November 23, 1999 from the Alexander 
Funeral Home, Irvington.  Burial was in the Dry Valley Baptist Church Cemetery 
in Lodiburg.
