OBITUARY  Page 6
     John S. DOWELL, age 88 of Hardinsburg, died on Tuesday, April 2, 1963 in 
Louisville, Jefferson County, Ky.  He is survived by:
three sons:
Dan DOWELL of Hardinsburg, Ky
Hewitt DOWELL of Louisville, Ky
William DOWELL of Greenville, Indiana (Floyd County)
     Funeral services were held on Thursday, April 4, 1963 from the Dowell 
Funeral Home, Hardinsburg, and burial was in the New Bethel Cemetery.
