OBITUARY
     MRS. BEULAH DOWELL
A 78-year-old Irvington, Ky resident of Breckinridge County, Mrs. Beulah DOWELL, 
died on Tuesday, October 11, 1977 at Hardin Memorial Hospital in Elizabethtown, 
Ky.  A member of the Freedom Cumberland Presbyterian Church, she was the daughter 
of the late Ida DOWELL and Louis NORTON.
She is survived by:
her husband, Arthur DOWELL
a daughter, Mrs. Morris BASHAM of Irvington, Ky
4 grandchildren; 6 great grandchildren
four brothers:
Orum NORTON of Irvington, Ky
Elijah NORTON of Irvington, Ky
Ernest NORTON of Irvington, Ky
Wilbert NORTON of Irvington, Ky
     The funeral was held Thursday afternoon from the Freedom Cumberland 
Presbyterian Church.  Burial was in the church cemetery, directed by Alexander 
Funeral Home, Irvington.

Additional Comments:
#0139 Freedom Cumberland Presbyterian Church and Cemetery; Directions: turn north 
immediately west of "Dead Man's Curve" from KY Highway 60.  The church lies east 
of the road, and is blocked from view by a low ridge; in Breckinridge County, Ky.
