Obituary

Mrs. Sudie DOWELL, age 70 of Cloverport (Breckinridge County), Ky., died 
suddenly Sunday December 11, 1960 at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Ben 
STINNETT in Cloverport.  She is survived by:
her husband Estil DOWELL
three sons:
William DOWELL , Cloverport, Ky.
Ferrell DOWELL, Cloverport, Ky.
Bernard DOWELL, Evansville (Vanderburgh County), Indiana
three daughters:
Mrs. Ben STINNETT, Cloverport, Ky.
Mrs. Lester CARTER, Cloverport, Ky.
Mrs. Clyde HILLARD, Owensboro, (Daviess County), Ky.
11 grandchildren and one great grandchild
three brothers:
Thomas BLAIR, Indianapolis, Indiana
Riley W. BLAIR, Toledo, Ohio
Allen BLAIR, New Albany, Indiana
three sisters:
Mrs. Zoe HAYCRAFT, Clarkston, Ky. (Grayson County?)
Mrs. Leva DAUGHERTY, Hardinsburg
Mrs. Anna BLAIR, Pinckneyville, Illinois

Funeral services were held on Tuesday at Horsley Chapel United Brethren 
Evangelical Church.  Dhonau Funeral Home of Cloverport was in charge of 
arrangements.  (no burial place given).


Additional Comments:
I did not find a tombstone for Sudie or her husband, Estil in the Breckinridge 
County Cemetery Book, Vol. one.
