OBITUARY   Page 6
     John DRANE, age 65, of Harned, Ky., in Breckinridge County, died on November 
2, 1963 at St. Joseph Infirmary in Louisville, Ky.
He is survived by:
his wife, Carrie Lee DRANE
three sons:
Irvin D. DRANE of Hardinsburg, Ky
Kenneth DRANE of Hardinsburg, Ky
Randolph DRANE of Garfield, Ky
three daughters:
Mrs. Evelyn ROYALTY of Buras
Mrs. Anna Mildred HENNING of the U.S. Navy
Mrs. Louise DRAKE of Jeffersonville, Indiana
     Funeral services were held on November 4, 1963 from the Freedom Cumberland 
Presbyterian Church.  Burial was in the Freedom Cemetery with the Dowell Funeral 
Home, Hardinsburg, in charge of arrangements.

     In 1920 he married Miss Carrie Lee DOWELL.  To this union three daughters and 
three sons were born.  His daughter , Mrs. Evelyn ROYALTY is of Locust Hill.  His 
sons, Irvin D. and Randolph of Harned.
Also surviving are:
12 grandchildren; 4 great grandchildren
one sister, Mrs. Cova WEST of Locust Hill
one great grandchild preceded him in death.

Additional Comments:
#0139 Freedom Cumberland Presbyterian Church and Cemetery; Directions: turn north 
immediately west of "Dead Man's Curve" from KY Highway 60.  The church lies east 
of the road, and is blocked from view by a low ridge.  Breckinridge County, Ky.
