OBITUARY
     Mrs. Sarah Nancy DUKE, age 85, of Hardinsburg, Ky., died on Wednesday, 
August 24, 1988 at the Breckinridge Memorial Hospital, Hardinsburg, following a 
lengthy Illness.  She was born June 13, 1903 in Breckinridge County, a daughter 
of the late John and Cora EARLY DAVIS.
She is survived by:
five daughters
two sons
33 grandchildren; 59 great grandchildren
     Funeral services were held on Saturday, August 27, 1988 from the chapel of 
Trent-Dowell Funeral Home, Hardinsburg.  Burial was in Freedom Cemetery.


Additional Comments:
#0139 Freedom Cumberland Presbyterian Church and Cemetery; Directions: turn north 
immediately west of "Dead Man's Curve" from KY Highway 60.  The church lies east 
of the road, and is blocked from view by a low ridge.  Breckinridge County, Ky.
