Mrs. DUNN was ill several months of cancer. She is survived by: her daughter: Mrs. Jake LIMER a son: Lon DUNN of this city (Cloverport). She was buried at the Cloverport Cemetery at 1:00 pm Monday, (January 7, 1929). Additional Comments: I did not find a tombstone for Mrs. Alice DUNN in the Breckinridge County Cemeteries, Volume 1, published in 1991. I did some research on Ancestry.com, though, and found this information on Alice and her family: Ben and Alice had four children. I did not find the marriage record for Ben and Alice COONEY DUNN. I found Ben and Alice with one month old son, Charles, in the 1870 census of Breckinridge County. In 1900 census, Alice was living with her two sons, and Benjamin DUNN had a new wife, living next door, of all places. I could't read his new wife's name, but they had been married 4 years, and had a child, which was not listed with them. Benjamin died in 1902. In 1900, Alice was listed as widowed, not divorced. His wife's name I couldn't read. Maybe ?Nela, age 36, 2 years older than James. All born Ky. I don't believe any of the children were his: Daisy W. DUNN age 19 Bessie DUNN age 10 Charil DUNN age 7 male (Charles?) Damster DUNN age 2 male (Demster) I did not find a marriage record for James and ?Nela DUNN. In the 1920 census, James L. DUNN age 46 was married again. His wife's name was Nancy age 26. The son, Dempster, was 13 years old, and listed as James's step- son. Another step child is named Gladys Mae SUTER, age 4 years 11 months old (I think daughter of wife Nancy). It looks like James had no children, doesn't it?
