OBITUARY     PAGE 4
     Thomas Eugene Dyer, age 65, died on Wednesday, April 7, 1993, at his Star 
Route Harned residence.  He was born in Breckinridge County on August 26, 1927, a 
daughter of Helen Meyers Dyer of Harned and the late Thomas E. Dyer.  Mr. Dyer 
was a Navy veteran, retired from Olin Chemical Company, and was employed by Burns 
Security.  He was a member of the Custer United Methodist Church.
In addition to his mother, Mr. Dyer is survived by:
his wife, Bonnie Patterson Dyer
two sons
one sister
one brother
5 grandchildren
     The funeral was held at 1 p.m. on Saturday, April 10, 1993, at Trent-Dowell 
Funeral Home, Hardinsburg.  Burial was in the Kingswood.
