Mrs. Eldora Embry

Mrs. Eldora Embry, age 60 of Star Route, Cloverport, was dead on arrival at
Breckinridge Memorial Hospital at 11pm Sunday, Feb. 27.  Death was due to an
apparent heart attack.  She was the daugher of the late Noah and Isabelle Whitworth
Daugherty.

Survivors include her husband, Murel Embry; five daughters, Mrs. Margaret Harper,
Rt. 2, Slaughters, Ky.; Mrs. Pearl Carwile, Miss Anna Bell Embry and Miss Glenola
Embry, all of Lewisport, and Mrs. Eva Blair, Cloverport; three sons, Collins Embry,
Lewisport and Cecil and Murel Embry, Cloverport.

Also surviving are three sisters, Mrs. Evelyn Smiley of McDaniels, Mrs. Sarah
Carman, Hardinsburg, and Mrs. Ola Aldridge, Harned; one brother, J. W. Daugherty,
Hardinsburg; 15 grandchildren and one great-grandchild.

The funeral will be at 1 p. m. Wednesday, March 2 from the Trent-Dowell Funeral Home
in Hardinsburg, conducted by the Rev. James Duke, pastor of Calvary Temple Holiness
Church, Star Route, Cloverport.  Burial will be in Fairfield Cemetery.
