Owensboro Messenger; March 3, 1982
Cloverport - Murel Embry, 72, of Cloverport died Monday, March 1, 1982 at
Owensboro-Daviess County Hospital.  He was born in Breckinridge County.

Survivors include three sons, Collins Embry of Hawesville, Cecil Embry of Cloverport
and Gene Embry of McQuady; five daughers, Helen Harper and Pearl Carwile, both of
Slaughters, Anna Bell Embry of Lewisport, Glenola Harl of Owenwsboro and Eva Jane
Blair of Cloverport; 18 grandchildren; a great-grandchild; a brother, Athel Embry of
Cloverport; and four sisters, Laura Blair of Cloverport, Eva Daugherty of Owensboro,
Mildred Dawson of Lewisport and Marie Emery of St. Louis.

Services are at 1pm Thursday at Trent-Dowell Funeral Home, Hardinsburg.  Burial in
Fairfield Cemetery, Breckinridge County.  Visitation at the funeral home.
