     Millard Freeman ENGLAND, age 76, of Westview, Ky in Breckinridge County, 
died on Sunday, April 22, 2012, at Norton Hospital in Louisville, Ky 
(Jefferson County).  He was born in Edmonton, Ky (Metcalfe County) on August 
13, 1935, the son of the late Leonard and Mae FIELDS ENGLAND.  He retired from 
Carmen Industries, and was a Minister of 19 years with the Jeffersonville, 
Indiana Assembly of God Church.  He was a member of the Calvert Community 
Church, and enjoyed singing and playing Gospel music.
     He was preceded in death by his brother and sister, Henry Thomas & Ida 
ENGLAND.  Surviving him are:
his wife, Mrs. Ann ENGLAND of Westview, Ky
three sons
one daughter
two brothers
two sisters
6 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren
     Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, April 25, 2012 at the Calvert 
Community Church in Breckinridge County, and burial will be in the church 
cemetery.  Trent-Dowell Funeral Home of Hardinsburg, in charge of 
arrangements.

#0065 Calvert Community Church Cemetery, located east of Hornback Mill Road, 
southeast of its junction with KY 737, within sight of Ben Johnson School on KY 259,

near McDaniels, Ky in Breckinridge County.
