OBITUARY    Page 5   Melvin H. Galloway 1920-2001
     Melvin H. Galloway, an 80 year old Harned resident, died at Breckinridge 
Memorial Hospital in Hardinsburg on Friday, February 2, 2001.  Born in 
Breckinridge County on February 23, 1920, a son of the late Melvin Thomas 
Galloway and Pearly Agnes Albro.  He was retired from Stewart Mechanical as a 
sheetmetal worker, and attended Kingswood Wesleyan Church.
Survivors include:
his wife, Mrs. Helen Frank Galloway
two daughters
one son
9 grandchildren; 4 great grandchildren
     Funeral services were held at 1 p.m. Monday, February 5, 2001 from Kingswood 
Wesleyan Church.  Burial was in Kingswood Cemetery, under the direction of Trent-
Dowell Funeral Home in Hardinsburg.
