Obituary

Cecil B. GALLOWAY, age 41, died Monday, March 21, 1960 at his home in Lincoln, 
Nebraska.  Funeral services were held at Umbergers Funeral Home on Thursday.  
Cecil was born at Kingswood, in Breckinridge County, Ky., was a manager of the 
electric department of Sears in Lincoln.  Before going to Lincoln in 1948, he 
had lived in Louisville, Ky. and Washington, D. C.  He was a member of the 
Methodist Church, and the Elks Lodge #80.  Surviving him are:
his wife, Mrs. Ardene GALLOWAY
his parents:
Mr. and Mrs. Herman GALLOWAY, Kingswood
one sister:
Mrs. Jessie LAWRENCE, Brandenburg (Meade County), Ky.
one brother:
Joe GALLOWAY, Kingswood
his grandmother:
Mrs. M. T. GALLOWAY, Kingswood




Additional Comments:
Lincoln, Nebraska is the county seat of Lancaster County, and of course, the 
capitol of the state.
