OBITUARY

THOMAS WESLEY GLASSCOCK
HARDINSBURG -- Thomas Wesley GLASSCOCK, age 71, of Hardinsburg, died on 
Wednesday, October 25, 1995, at the Naples Community Hospital in Naples, 
Florida, (Collier County).  He was born in McDaniels, Ky in Breckinridge 
County, was a Marine veteran of World War II, was the former owner/operator of 
Breckinridge Ready Mix, was retired from Longview Farms, and was the president 
of Glasscock Transport Company.  He was a member of Leitchfield Masonic Lodge, 
and was a member and on the administrative board of Hardinsburg United 
Methodist Church.
He is survived by:
his wife, Vinnie LUCAS GLASSCOCK
two sons
4 grandchildren
three sisters:
Jewell MONARCH of Hardinsburg, Ky
Eula BOLEY of Leitchfield, Ky
Mildred WHITWORTH of Owensboro, Ky
     Services were held on Sunday, October 27, 1995 from the Hardinsburg United 
Methodist Church.  Burial will be in Hudson Cemetery in Hudson.  Trent-Dowell 
Funeral Home in Hardinsburg, in charge of arrangements.
