OBITUARY
     Herbert G. Goodman, age 69, of Rt. 3, Hardinsburg, died Tuesday, December 
23, 1980, at Methodist Hospital, Louisville, following a short illness.  He was 
born in Hardin County, Kentucky on February 26, 1911, the son of the late James 
G. Goodman and Eliza Ellen Goodman.  He was a retired grocery store owner and a 
veteran of World War II.
He is survived by:
his wife, Mrs. Mildred Priest Goodman
four daughters
four brothers
one sister
6 grandchildren
     Funeral services were conducted at 1 p.m. Saturday, from the chapel of the 
Trent-Dowell Funeral Home, Hardinsburg.  Burial was in the Kingswood Cemetery.
