DEATH COMES TO T.W. GREER -- PROMINENT RAILROAD MAN SUCCUMBS TO INJURIES 
RECEIVED IN AN ACCIDENT -- INTERMENT IN CITY CEMETERY --
     The remains of Mr. Thomas W. GREER of Thomasville (Thomas County), 
Georgia, who married Miss Lizzie KAY, of this city (Cloverport), were brought 
here yesterday morning, October 13, 1903 on the 5:07 East Bound Train for 
burial.
     The body was taken immediately to the residence of Mr & Mrs William 
SMART, the latter being a sister of Mrs. GREER.  The funeral was held from the 
William SMART residence today, October 14.  Burial in the city cemetery 
(Cloverport Cemetery).

NOTE:  A very large obituary, but I only copied down the genealogical 
information out of the article off the microfilm.

Additional Comments:
I did not find a tombstone for Mr. GREER in the Breckinridge County Cemeteries, 
volume one, published in 1991.
