HAGER Arthur E. HAGER, age 66, died at his residence in Fairfield, Ky., in Breckinridge County, Ky., on Wednesday, September 16, 1959. For several years Mr. HAGER was an adjuster and director of Planters Cooperative Insurance Company of Breckinridge and Meade Counties. He had been in declining health for three years. He was a member of the Hudson Methodist Church, and was secretary of the Modern Woodman of America for many years. Funeral services were held at the Hudson Methodist Church Friday afternoon, September 18, 1959 at 1:30. Burial was in the Hudson Cemetery, with the Alexander Funeral Home in Irvington, in charge of arrangements. Grandsons of Mr. HAGER were pallbearers. He is survived by: his wife, Mrs. Cora HAGER five daughters: Mrs. Ester Mae DeWITT of Louisville, Ky Mrs. Erelene SMITH, Cincinnati, Ohio Mrs. Artie BEATTY of Pleasure Ridge Park, Ky Mrs. Mary Francis ALLEN of Hudson, Ky Mrs. Bernice CLATER of Custer, Ky 13 grandchildren; 6 great grandchildren Additional Comments: #0183 Hudson Cemetery #1, located on Highway 401 at Hudson, Ky., Breckinridge County.
