Helen Catherine Rhodes Hale, age 92 of Hardinsburg,KY died Thursday, June 
14,2007 at Breckinridge Health,INC. She was born in Breckinridge County on 
August 17,1914, the daughter of the late Francis and Mary Elizabeth Clark 
Rhodes. She was a member of St. Romuald Catholic Church and the Legion of Mary, 
a former member of the Altar Society. Helen was a homemaker who enjoyed 
quilting, cooking and loved talking.
 
She was preceded in death by her husband - Wavie Hale
5 children: Margaret,Burl,Larry,Regina & Mitchell
3 grandchildren
 
She is survived by 4 sons - Bob and Vincent Hale of Hardinsburg,KY
Ray Hale of Cloverport,KY
Gerald Hale of San Angelo,TX
14 grandchildren, 22 great grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren
 
Funeral services will be held on Monday, June 18,2007 at 11AM at St. Romuald 
Catholic Church with Fr. Tony Bickett officiating. Burial in the St. Anthony 
Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Sunday from 3-8PM and after 8:30AM Monday 
at Trent-Dowell Funeral Home.
