OBITUARY
     George H. Hardin, age 61, died February 8, 1970 at 9 p.m. at Washington, 
D.C.  He was born June 10, 1908 in Maceo, Daviess County, Kentucky.  He is a 
former resident of Harned.  He was a member of the Methodist Church, and is a 
veteran of the U.S. Army.
He is survived by: 
his wife, Mrs. Agnes Hardin
one son:
Charles Edward Hardin of Logansport, Indiana
one brother:
William Hardin of Kingswood
     The funeral was held on February 12, 1970 from the Westview Methodist 
Church, with the Trent-Dowell Funeral Home in Hardinsburg, in charge of 
arrangements.  Burial was in the Kingswood Cemetery.
