OBITUARY   Page 5

     Earnest Clarence HARDY, age 70, of Hudson, Ky., in Breckinridge County, 
died on Thursday, January 18, 2001, at Twin Lakes Regional Medical Center in 
Leitchfield, Ky.  Mr. HARDY was born June 23, 1930 in Richmond, Ky., Madison 
County.  A son of Mrs. Maudie HARDY KEPPLINGER, and the late Dewey HARDY.  He 
was a truck driver for Commercial Transport.
Survivors include:
five daughters
two sons
three brothers:
Shirley HARDY of Leitchfield, Ky
Norman HARDY of Louisville, Ky
Curt HARDY of Caneyville, Ky
three sisters:
Betty CONNER of Indiana
Phyllis BARRETT of Indiana
Geneva BAXTER of Louisville, Ky
11 grandchildren; 3 great grandchildren
     The funeral was held at 2 p.m. on Sunday, January 21, 2001 ar Watson & Hunt 
Funeral Home in Leitchfield, Ky.  Burial was in Hudson Cemetery.
