OBITUARY  Page 5
     Mary Ann HARNED, the daughter of Dr. and Mrs. E. C. HARNED, died at the 
home of her parents on Irvington, Route 2, February 25, 1929.  She had been ill 
for some time.  She is survived by her parents and two sisters:
Mrs. James MOORMAN of Louisville, Ky (Jefferson County)
Mrs. Coleman DAVIS of Louisville, Ky
     The funeral was held in the home by the Reverend V. A. Jones, pastor of the 
Garfield Cumberland Presbyterian Church at Garfield.  Interment in the Wales 
Cemetery.

Additional Comments:
#0344 Wales Cemetery, located south of U.S. Highway 60 between Harned and Garfield
in 
Breckinridge County, Ky.  Graves outside of fence believed to be used for African
American 
burials.
