OBITUARY
     Arthur Harper, age 77, of Owensboro in Daviess County, Kentucky, died on 
Monday, December 18, 1978, at Our Lady of Mercy Hospital there.
Survivors include:
his wife, Mrs. Margaret Harper
five sisters:
Mrs. Exie Smiley of Kingswood
Mrs. Frankie Stinnett of Harned
Mrs. Louise Fentress of Harned
Mrs. Luda Basham of Radcliff
Ms. Dimple Harper of Irvin, Estill County, Kentucky
one brother:
Joseph Harper of Alaska
one granddaughter
     The funeral will be held at 1 p.m. Thursday from the Trent-Dowell Funeral 
Home, Hardinsburg.  Burial will be in Kingswood Cemetery.
