She was a native of Breckinridge County, a retired employee of the Bingham Child Guidance Clinic, where she worked for 27 years, and a member of South Watterson Trial Baptist Church. Mrs. HARRELL is survived by: one son: V. Alfred LLOYD, Jr., Louisville, Ky (Jefferson County) seven daughters: Janet SPENCER of Hagerstown, Maryland (Washington County) Mildred BENGE of Moyock, North Carolina (Currituck County) Betty CHAPPELL of Tyner, North Carolina (Chowan County) Judy PORTER of Huntsville, Alabama (Madison County) Gladys NEAGLE of Louisville, Ky Gayle STAPLETON of Louisville, Ky Jane A. LLOYD of Louisville, Ky one sister: Rita JACKMAN of Louisville, Ky two brothers: Glenn MATTINGLY of Columbus, Ohio (Franklin County) Wilbur MATTINGLY of Louisville, Ky 16 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. on Saturday, February 23, 1985 at Heady Fern Creek Funeral Home, 5406 Bardstown Road, with burial at noon CST in Hensley Cemetery in Breckinridge County.
