OBITUARY   Page 8, Column 2

     Morris J. HARRINGTON, age 55, of Harned, Ky in Breckinridge County, died 
on Tuesday, December 11, 1979 at Breckinridge Memorial Hospital, Hardinsburg, 
after a lengthy illness.  He was born in Breckinridge County on July 25, 1924, 
a prominent Hardinsburg merchant and businessman, he was a son of the late 
James H. HARRINGTON and Mary E. BRUNER HARRINGTON.  He is survived by:
his wife, Mrs. Wanda HARRIGTON
one daughter
one son
three sisters:
Mrs. Anna LUCAS of Frankfort, Indiana (Clinton County)
Mrs. Bessie MILLER of Brandenburg, Ky (Meade County)
Elizabeth HARRINGTON of Richmond, Indiana (Wayne County)
two brothers:
Roy HARRINGTON of Hardinsburg, Ky
James HARRINGTON of Sebring, Florida (Highlands County)
one granddaughter
     Funeral services were held on Friday, December 14, 1979 from the Trent-
Dowell Funeral Home in Hardinsburg, and burial was in the Bruner Cemetery in 
Custer.
