TRACTOR ACCIDENT FATAL FOR HAYNES
     Howard R. HAYNES, age 31, of Irvington, Route 2, in Breckinridge County, died
on 
Wednesday, December 11, 1963 following a tractor accident, which occurred on the
Lucy 
PRIEST farm.  He died enroute to a Louisville Hospital from Breckinridge Memorial 
Hospital, two hours after the accident.
     Mr. HAYNES was adopted when an infant by his grandfather, Jim Esra HAYNES.  He
is 
survived by:
his wife, Mrs. Sue Carol LYONS HAYNES
two sons:
Howard R. HAYNES, Jr., age 13
John Edward HAYNES, age 6
one daughter, age 2 (not named)
his mother, Mrs. Dewey LUCAS of Irvington, Ky
his father, Warren PRATHER of Rineyville, Ky (Hardin County)
his step-father, Dewey LUCAS
his grandmother, Mrs. Ollie HAYNES of Irvington, Ky
four half-brothers of Rineyville, Ky (not named)
three half-sisters of Rineyville, Ky (not named)
     Funeral services were held on Saturday, December 14, 1963, from the Alexander 
Funeral Home, Irvington, with burial in the Hensley Cemetery.
