OBITUARY
     Garland G. HAYNES, age 81, of 4313 Lonsdale Avenue, died on Monday, June 
13, 1983 at Norton's Hospital, Louisville, Ky in Jefferson County.
     He was a native of Breckinridge County, Ky, a retired machine operator 
for the Brown and Williamson Tobacco Corporation, and a member of Victory 
Memorial Baptist Church.  Mr. HAYNES is survived by:
his wife, the former Wilma HORSLEY
three daughters:
Mrs. Helen SCHNEEBERGER
Mrs. Mildred BOUCHER
Mrs. Pauline TUCKER 
one sister:
Mrs. Edyth ROSS 
three brothers:
Arno HAYNES of Big Spring, Ky
Orbey HAYNES of Big Spring, Ky
Oval HAYNES 
8 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren
     The funeral will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, June 16, 1983, at 
Nunnelley Funeral Home, 4327 Taylor Blvd., with burial in High Plains 
Methodist Church Cemetery.

NOTE: If this obituary appeared in a Louisville newspaper, then I am assuming 
all of the survivors listed above without residences, live in Louisville.

ALSO: Garland HAYNES' wife is the former Hazel HORSLEY.
