OBITUARY
HAYNES, Jerry Dean, in his 19th year.  Residence, 9738 Wilton Drive.
Devoted son of L.D. HAYNES and Ray Wanda HAYNES.
Also surviving are:
one sister
one brother
Loving grandson of:
Mr. & Mrs. Charles LUCAS
Mr. & Mrs. Arno HAYNES
Also survived by several cousins, aunts, uncles, and a host of friends.
     Jerry will be resting at the Dunn Fairdale Funeral home, 411 Fairdale 
Road until Tuesday at 10:00 a.m.  Then he will be taken to the Fairdale 
Baptist Church, 413 Fairdale Road, to lie in state from 11:00 a.m. to the time 
of service at 2:00 o'clock.  The Reverend Harold Ware officiating.  Interment, 
High Plains Cemetery, Breckinridge County, Ky.

the 
junction of the High Plains Road and Highway 690 (Custer-Corners Road).
