OBITUARY
     The death angel visited the home of Mr. and Mrs. D. B. HAYNES and taken from 
their loving embrace their affectionate daughter, Amy Lee.  She was beloved by all 
who knew her, and will be greatly missed by her friends and schoolmates.
     Amy departed this life Friday morning (February 8, 1901); age 15 years, 9 
months, and one day old.  She was sick seventeen days with pneumonia and la 
grippe, and bore her sufferings well, and succumbed to death easy.  Her remains 
were taken to Freedom Saturday, the 9th.
     She leaves:
father & mother
four sisters
three brothers
and a host of friends to mourn her loss.

     Weep not dear father and mother
        For Amy has gone to rest,
     And is waiting to receive you
        In that sweet haven of rest.

Additional Comments:
#0139 Freedom Cumberland Presbyterian Church & Cemetery; Directions: Turn north 
immediately west of "Dead Man's Curve" from Kentucky Highway 60.  The church lies 
east of the road, and is blocked from view by a low ridge.  Breckinridge County, 
Ky.
