OBITUARY
     Mrs. Nellie HAYNES, 90 year old resident of Hardinsburg, Ky., died 
Saturday, June 27, 1981 at the Breckinridge Memorial Hospital in Hardinsburg, 
after a lengthy illness.
     A native of Daviess County, Ky., she was born on March 25, 1891, the 
daughter of the late John L. McCUBBINS and Virginia HORN McCUBBINS.
Mrs. HAYNES is survived by:
her husband, Arthur HAYNES of Hardinsburg, Ky
one daughter, Mrs. Margaret THOMPSON of Louisville, Ky
one son, Wilbur HAYNES of Harned, Ky
6 grandchildren; 11 great grandchildren
     The funeral was held on Monday, June 29, 1981 at 2:00 p.m. from the Trent-
Dowell Funeral Home, Hardinsburg, with burial in Freedom Cemetery.



Additional Comments:
#0139 Freedom Cumberland Presbyterian Church & Cemetery; Directions: Turn north 
immediately west of "Dead Man's Curve" from Kentucky Highway 60.  The church lies 
east of the road, and is blocked from view by a low ridge.  Breckinridge County, 
Ky.
