With what seemed to be little or no cause, a limb some two or three feet long and six inches in diameter broke off high in the tree, and came straight to the ground, striking young HAYNES on the head and killing him instantly. He is said to have sustained a fractured skull and other injuries about his head and neck. The body was removed to the R. T.
