BURIAL NOTICE
ERNIE L. HAYNES   2002
     Burial services for the remains of Ernie L. HAYNES will be held Sunday, 
September 4, 2005 at 2 p.m. at the Freedom Church Cemetery.  He died in February 
2002 in St. Louis while waiting a heart transplant.
     The Reverend Jim Johnson will officiate.  Nathan Butler Funeral Home is in 
charge of arrangements.

OBITUARY
     Ernie L. HAYNES, age 52, of Kansas City, Missouri died on Monday, Feb 25, 
2002 at Barnes-Jewish Hospital in St. Louis, Missouri while waiting a heart 
transplant.
     A service was held March 1, 2002 at Passantino Brothers Funeral Chapel in 
Kansas City.  The body was cremated.
     Ernie was born March 11, 1949 in Harned, Breckinridge County, Ky, the son of 
Morris and Margaret Haynes.
He was preceded in death by:
a sister, Ella POTTS
a brother, Calvin Blanford HAYNES
     Ernie worked for UPS for twenty years before retiring in 1996, was co-owner 
of Mary Ann's Restaurant, was an Army veteran having served in Germany and Viet 
Nam, and was a 1967 graduate of Breckinridge County High School.

Surviving him are:
his wife, Mary Ann HAYNES
his children
six sisters
three brothers
and many nieces and nephews

#0139 Freedom Cumberland Presbyterian Church & Cemetery; Directions: Turn north 
immediately west of "Dead Man's Curve" from Kentucky Highway 60.  The church lies 
east of the road, and is blocked from view by a low ridge.  Breckinridge County, 
Ky.
