Obituary

George A. HENDRY, age 91, a native of Breckinridge County, Ky., and brother of 
Mayor Winfield HENDRY of Cloverport and Roscoe HENDRY of Holt, Breckinridge 
County, died Tuesday February 16, 1960 at the Bowling Green Hospital.

He was a retired Postal Clerk for the Illinois Central System for 36 years.  
He had lived at West Point for the past 60 years, and he was a member of the 
Barker Masonic Lodge and West Point Baptist Church.
Surviving besides his two brothers are two daughters, one son, and two sisters 
(not named).

The funeral was held Friday at the W. O. Hardy Funeral Home, Dixie Highway, 
(Louisville, Ky.)  Burial was at the Bethany Cemetery, Louisville, Ky.




Additional Comments:
The proper name of the cemetery is the 'Bethany Memorial Cemetery', Louisville. West
Point, Ky. is in Hardin County.
Bowling Green, Ky is in Warren County.
