Dennie Francis Henning, age 79 of Louisville,Ky died Sunday,1-28-2007 at Norton 
Audubon Hospital in Louisville,KY. He was born in Axtel,KY on 11-3-1927, the 
son of the late Urban and Pearl Wheatley Henning. He was a lead glazer and an 
Army veteran.
 
Dennie was preceded in death by a sister - Lillis Wethington and 2 brothers - 
Henry and John Henning
 
He is survived by his wife - Joyce Jean Murrell Henning of Louisville,KY
a daughter - Sharon Henning Lee of Louisville,KY
3 grandchildren: Jason and Chris Lee 
Chance Jablonski
2 great grandchildren: Dylan Jonathan Shaddy and Dennis Jason Lee
a sister - Gertrude Critchelow of Alexander,IL
several nieces and nephews
 
Funeral services will be held on Thursday,2-1-2007 at 11AM at St. Anthony 
Catholic Church in Axtel,KY with Fr. Tom Buckman officiating. Burial will be in 
the church cemetery with military honors. Visitation will be held on Wednesday 
from 4-8PM and after 8:30AM Thursday at Trent-Dowell Funeral Home. Memorial 
contributions may be made to: Dennie Henning Memorial Fund in care of the 
funeral home.
