OBITUARY    Page 5    John William Hill 1922-1999 
     John William Hill, age 77, of Harned, died on Wednesday, December 29, 1999 
at Woodland Dialysis Facility in Elizabethtown.  Mr. Hill was born in Hart County 
on June 8, 1922, the son of the late Emmitt Hill and Maude Waddell.  He was a 
retired maintenance supervisor for Colonial Square Apartments, a World War II 
veteran, and a member of the Corinth Baptist Church.
Surviving are:
his wife, Henrietta Hodge Hill of Harned
two daughters
two sons
one sister
three brothers
6 grandchildren; 3 great grandchildren
     The funeral was held on Saturday, January 1, 2000 at the Trent-Dowell 
Funeral Home in Hardinsburg.  Burial was in the Kingswood Cemetery.
