One of our oldest citizens, Mr. Jas. E. Hiner, 72 years old this month, died 
Wednesday, February 21, 1894 at 5:00 a.m.  He had a stroke of paralysis.  He was 
a Baptist.  He leaves a wife, 3 daughters, and 3 sons; one son, Hartze I. Hiner 
of Texas, could not be here to see his father.  Buried in Hill Cemetery 
Thursday.
