Margaret Frances Alexander Hinton, age 90 of Hardinsburg,KY died 

Tuesday, May 8,2007 at Breckinridge Health,INC. She was born in 

Breckinridge County on December 3,1916, the daughter of the late 

Joseph and Frances Genevieve Wheatley Alexander. Margaret was a 

member of St. Romuald Catholic Church, Blue Army, 75 year member 

of the St. Romuald Altar Society and a member of Hites Run 

Homemakers. She enjoyed sewing and quilting,fishing, traveling 

and loved being "Granny"
 
She was preceded in death by her husband Bob Hinton
a son - David Hinton
a grandson - Robbie Hinton
a sister - Mary "Tootsie" Robbins
2 brothers - Jimmy and Bernard Alexander
 
Margaret is survived by a son and daughter-in-law: Bobby Joe and 

Donna Hinton of Hardinsburg,KY
daughters and sons-in-law: Rose Mary and Wally Harris of 

Hawesville,KY
Carolyn and Everette Pool of Hardinsburg,KY
Phyllis and Danny Payne of Leitchfield,KY
Elaine and David Adkins of Hardinsburg,KY
Kay and Buddy Payne of Hardinsburg,KY
Shirley and Donnie Basham of Cloverport,KY
a daughter-in-law: Greta Hinton of Harned,KY
a sister - Agnes O'Donoghue of Lincoln,IL

Funeral services will be held on Friday, May 11,2007 at 11AM CDT 

at St. Romuald Catholic Church with Fr. Tony Bickett and Fr. Greg 

Trawick officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery. 

Visitation will be held on Thursday from 3-8PM and after 8:30 AM 

Friday at Trent-Dowell Funeral Home in Hardinsburg,KY. Prayer 

service at 7:30Pm Thursday. Memorial contributions are requested 

to: St. Romuald Building Fund or St. Romuald School.
