MRS. ELLA HOCKENBERRY
     Mrs.  Ella Leigh HOCKENBERRY of Locust Hill, Ky., in Breckinridge County, died

on Thursday, January 6, 1994, at Medco Center (Nursing Home) in Hardinsburg.  She 
was 77 years old.  Mrs. HOCKENBERRY was born in Breckinridge County on April 13, 
1916, a daughter of the late Henry and Frances POOLE CRITCHELOE.  She was a 
housewife, and a member of the Locust Hill United Methodist Church.
     She is survived by:
three daughters
three sons
26 grandchildren; 19 great grandchildren; 3 step-great grandchildren; and
one great great grandchild
     The funeral was held at 1 p.m. on Saturday, January 8, 1994, at the Locust Hill

United Methodist Church with burial in the Locust Hill Cemetery.  Trent-Dowell 
Funeral Home, Hardinsburg, was in charge of arrangements.
