OBITUARY

     Mrs. Maude HOLMES, age 72, of Hudson, Ky., in Breckinridge County, died on 
Sunday, October 19, 1969 at Breckinridge County Hospital in Hardinsburg.  She 
was born on September 29, 1897, the daughter of George and Tinnie BENNETT 
ROYALTY.  She is survived by:
three sisters:
Mrs. Myrtle MERCER of Louisville, Ky
Mrs. Eula LAMPTON of Louisville, Ky
Mrs. Vitula SCOTT of Hudson, Ky
two brothers:
Ted ROYALTY of Hudson, Ky
Gilbert ROYALTY of Chillothe (should be Chillicothe), Ohio
     Funeral services were held on October 21, 1969 from the Hudson Methodist 
Church, directed by the Dowell Funeral Home, Hardinsburg.  Burial in the Hudson 
Cemetery.
