MR. JOHN ARTHUR HOOK

Mr. John Arthur Hook, age 82, of Irvington, died Sunday, October 21, 2001 in 
Hardinsburg.  He was born August 3, 1919, to George R. and Josie Blake Hook.  
He was retired from civil service and also served with the Corps of Engineers 
in Okinawa and also in World War II in the Army.

He is survived by his wife Tmiko; two sisteres, Mildred Durbin of Lexington and 
Lucy Bauscher of Florida; and one brother, George Hook of Louisville.

Visitation was held at Alexander Funeral Home in Irvington on Tuesday.  No 
funeral services were held and the body was cremated.
