Obituary
     Robert O. HORSLEY, age 43, of Rockford, Illinois (Winnebago County), 
formerly of Sample, Ky (Breckinridge County), died in Rockford on Monday, 
April 18, 1983.  He was the son of the late Loe and Allene HORSLEY.  Surviving 
are:
his wife, Mrs. Sue HORSLEY
one son:
Robert HORSLEY, Jr.
one daughter:
Tammy HORSLEY
five brothers:
James HORSLEY of Cloverport, Ky (Breckinridge County)
George HORSLEY of Sample, Ky
Omer HORSLEY of South Dakota
Billy HORSLEY of Illinois
Clarence HORSLEY of Sample, Ky
four sisters:
Reva SANDERS (SANDAGE?) of Tell City, Indiana (Perry County)
Cora WATERS of Florida
Nellie JENKINS of Texas
Mae Alice MORGAN of Westview, Ky (Breckinridge County)
four step-children:
Paula REXY
Jamie REXY
Lisa REXY 
Joe REXY
     Funeral services were conducted Sunday, April 24, 1983 at the Sample 
United Methodist Church, with burial in the Sample Cemetery.

I did not find a tombstone for Loe's first wife, Sallie HORSLEY.
