OBITUARY 

     William E. HORTON, age 75, a resident of the Tindle's Personal Care 
Center, Cloverport in Breckinridge County, died on Monday, March 2, 1987 at 
the Owensboro-Daviess County Hospital, Owensboro, Ky.  He was born in 
Breckinridge County on May 13, 1911, a son of the late Charles Emmitt and 
Molly Jane HASHER HORTON.  He is survived by:
a brother:
Henry HORTON of Hardinsburg, Ky
and several nieces and nephews
     Funeral services will be held on Thursday, March 5, 1987, at the New 
Bethel Baptist Church, with the Trent-Dowell Funeral Home, Hardinsburg, in 
charge of arrangements.  Burial will be in the New Bethel Cemetery.

Brothers William E. HORTON and Charles Henry HORTON have a tombstone.
