OBITUARY

     Isaac "Ike" HOWARD, a 66 year old retired farmer from the Hudson area of 
Breckinridge County, Ky, died at his residence on December 31, 1977.  He was a 
native of Hardin County, and was born there on May 10, 1911 to the late Jesse G. 
and Rebecca AUBREY HOWARD.
He is survived by:
his wife, Mrs. Ora HOWARD
three sons:
Herman HOWARD of Westview, Ky
Charles HOWARD of Cecilia, Ky
Jimmy HOWARD of Cecelia, Ky
two daughters:
Mrs. Joseph (Faye) FENTRESS of Louisville, Ky
Mrs. Garland (Anna Lee) FENTRESS of Louisville, Ky
9 grandchildren; 3 great grandchildren
     The funeral was held at Mt. Olive Cumberland Presbyterian Church at 3 p.m. 
on Tuesday, January 3, 1978.  Burial was in the Hudson Cemetery, directed by 
Arch L. Heady-Ellis Funeral Home in Leitchfield.
