BETTY ANN HOWARD  1956-2021
     Betty Ann HOWARD, age 64 of Leitchfield, Ky., in Grayson County, passed away 
on Monday, May 3, 2021 at the Owensboro Twin Lakes Regional Hospital.  She was 
born in Hardinsburg, Ky in Breckinridge County on October 24, 1956, a daughter of 
the late Willard and Evie ALLGOOD BASHAM.
     Betty was a member of the Fairview United Methodist Church.  She was a 
homemaker, who enjoyed cooking, flower gardening, and spending time with her 
grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, Betty was preceded in death by:
her husband, Ricky HOWARD who died on March 10, 2021
a granddaughter:
Paige MOORE
her brothers:
Willard BASHAM, Jr.
Claudie BASHAM
her sister:
Dorothy Mae BASHAM
her mother-in-law:
Thelma HOWARD

Betty is survived by:
one son
three daughters
14 grandchildren; 9 great grandchildren
one brother
her father-in-law
     Funeral services will be held at Trent-Dowell Funeral Home, Hardinsburg on 
Friday, May 7, 2021 at 12 p.m. with burial in the Fairview Cemetery.

#0130 Fairview United Methodist Church Cemetery, located on the north side of KY 
Highway 690, midway between Mook and SeRee, Ky., in central Breckinridge County.  
Approximately 3 miles east of Westview, on KY Highway 259.
