MRS. JAMES JOLLY
SAMPLE  Apr 20 (Special)
     The funeral of Mrs. James JOLLY was conducted by the Reverend B. M. Winters 
at the Sample Methodist Church on Monday afternoon, April 15, 1929.  The burial 
followed in the Sample Cemetery.
     Mrs. JOLLY'S death was a shock to her wide circle of relatives and friends.  
Sunday morning, while making preparations to visit her sister, Mrs. Lum BLACK, 
who lived only a short distance from Sample, she suffered a heart attack and 
lived only a few moments.  She had not been in ill health prior to her death.  
Age 70 and before her marriage was Miss Letitia BRUMFIELD.  A member of a large 
family, all of whom have preceded her in death with the exception of one sister.  
She is survived by:
her husband
one daughter:
Mrs. Robert WEEDMAN of Cloverport, Ky
and a sister:
Mrs. Lum BLACK
She had lived in Sample her entire married life.
Those attending from Cloverport were:

Mrs. Milton GILLIAN
and Graham JOLLY
Also Mr & Mrs Walker BRUMFIELD and daughter, Bettie BRUMFIELD, 
and Mr & Mrs. H. S. BRUMFIELD of Tell City, Indiana.
