OBITUARY
     Mrs. Linda JONES, a 51 year old Prospect, Ky. resident, died Saturday, June 
20, 1992, at Baptist East Hospital in Louisville.  Mrs. JONES was born in 
Breckinridge County on October 17, 1940, a daughter of Mrs. Valeria SANDS TATE 
of McQuady, Ky., and the late Ralph Miller TATE.
     In addition to her mother, Mrs. JONES is survived by:
her husband, Delbert JONES
two daughters
two sons
five sisters
6 grandchildren
and several nieces and nephews
     The funeral was held at 2 p.m. on Monday, June 22, 1992, at the Trent-
Dowell Funeral Home, Hardinsburg.  Burial was in Freedom Cemetery in Harned.

#0139 Freedom Cumberland Presbyterian Church and Cemetery; Directions: turn north 
immediately west of "Dead Man's Curve" from KY Highway 60.  The church lies east 
of the road, and is blocked from view by a low ridge.  Breckinridge County, Ky.
