OBITUARY    Page 4
     Albert C. Jones, Jr., age 74, of Westview, died Monday, March 20, 1995, at 
his residence.  Mr. Jones was born in Jefferson County, Kentucky on August 30, 
1920, a son of the late Albert Clarence Jones, Sr. and Gertrude Coleman Jones.
     He was a retired Army veteran, a member of the Harned United Methodist 
Church, a member of Custer Masonic Lodge, and also retired from Lincoln Insurance 
Company.
Surviving him are:
his wife, Mary Virginia Dowell Jones
one daughter
two sisters
5 grandchildren
     Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Thursday, March 23, 1995 at Trent-
Dowell Funeral Home in Hardinsburg.  Burial will be in Kingswood Cemetery.
